| CardioPeptase (also known as serrapeptase and serratiopeptidase) is a naturally occurring enzyme that fragments certain kinds of proteins. Unlike most enzymes, it passes intact through the stomach and is then intestinally absorbed into the body. CardioPeptase has a variety of useful properties. It is anti-inflammatory, anti-edemic, breaks down fibrous masses, and acts rapidly.
